Senior Web Designer
Web Advanced is a fast growing, full-service web agency that offers strategic business consulting, internet marketing, web design and development, and search engine optimization services. We have been in business for the past 10 years, and are located in the heart of Irvine Spectrum. Recently, Web Advanced was listed as one of the fastest growing companies on Inc Magazine.
We are looking for an exceptional individual who is passionate about working with people and is excited about making a difference not only for our clients but as a member of the Web Advanced team.
Job Details:
You will be involved in the creative design process and client management at various levels of a project including:
- Creative conceptualization
- Creative brief preparation
- Communication directly with clients about proposed concepts
- Execution of the design itself
- Managing feedback for revisions
- Collaborating with the HTML/CSS Production team on approved design
- Overseeing the consistency of the design from inception through launch
Job Requirements:
- Ability to listen to clients needs and successfully translate clients’ business goals into creative concepts
- 3+ years experience designing layouts for web sites, e-commerce, and/or Web based applications
- Strong expertise in CSS / HTML 4.0 and higher
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop (with a focus on the ability to use to create websites/web-interfaces)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Flash / Actionscript experience a plus
- Web design agency experience a plus
- Position requires significant time on the computer (keyboarding, mouse clicking), making phone calls, participating in meetings, and limited travel to client sites (<15%?)
This is a full time, on-site position. Qualified candidates must submit an online portfolio link.
Salary Range:
Compensation will be competitive with industry standards and determined based on experience and portfolio.
