HTML CSS Developer / Production Assistant
Web Advanced is a fast growing, full-service agency that offers strategic business consulting, internet marketing, web design and development services for the past 10 years.
We are looking for a warm, personable individual who is passionate about working with people and is excited about making a difference not only for our clients but as a member of the Web Advanced team
Your primary role will be producing HTML and/or CSS constructed websites from web design mockups provided by our in-house design team. You may also be asked to help with website content entry and other data entry duties.
Job Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of HTML, and the ability to lay out and design simple websites
- Ability to use Adobe Photoshop to slice website designs and the production required to translate that design into a working website
- Must be able to efficiently diagnose and remedy website problems that relate to the website’s HTML construction and graphic interface
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery a plus
Primary Job Details:
- Ability and motivation to learn CSS-based web production.
- Expand your knowledge of the field of computer science and software development
- Ability to motivate yourself, ask questions, and express a desire for help or a need for more knowledge of a situation or skill in a timely manner.
- Be responsible for understanding and completing HTML production needs on-time for projects. As needed, be responsible for the upkeep of customer websites on an on-going basis.
- Applicant should be ready to answer questions about his/her preferred operating environment, and be able to communicate design/web development knowledge and professional goals effectively.
Additional Job Details:
- Transfer text content from Microsoft Word to online content management system (training provided) as well as other data entry duties
Compensation:
Starting salary will commensurate with experience, and have performance bonuses and annual review, health and dental benefits
