Senior Account Executive

Web Advanced is a fast growing, full-service web agency that offers strategic business consulting, internet marketing, web design and development, and search engine optimization services. We have been in business for 10 years, and are located in the heart of Irvine Spectrum. Recently, we were listed as one of the fastest growing companies on Inc. Magazine.

You will be working with a changing roster of projects, so you get to build experience with a variety of industries while learning about our clients’ business and marketing needs.

We are looking for a personable individual who is passionate about working with people and is excited about making a difference not only for our clients but as a member of the Web Advanced team.

Job Details:

You will be involved in the sales & marketing process and account management at various levels of a project including:
  • Identifying, presenting, and closing sales deals with new and existing small-to-medium sized companies, as well as divisions of Fortune 500 companies
  • Qualifying business opportunities by receiving inbound and making outbound calls to business decision makers and prospects to determine need
  • Assisting in RFP requests from existing and potential customers
  • Inheriting an existing book of business and be expected to grow it as well as deliver new clients
  • Exceeding monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue goals
  • Assisting and supporting clients’ Internet-based business and marketing initiatives
  • Managing successful client deployments and ensuring high on-going client satisfaction
  • Working closely with the President and CEO and contributing to the strategic growth and vision of the sales & marketing division

Job Requirements:

  • 5-7 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in web/interactive agency sales or enterprise software sales
  • Consultative sales experience
  • Working knowledge of internet technology and best practices, including website design, development, and marketing processes and SEO / SEM
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience (specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to articulate clearly, be creative and be personable
  • Ability to work in a high energy and constantly changing environment
  • Quick to respond, passionate and highly motivated
  • Driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit, resourceful, innovative, forward thinking and committed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Undergraduate degree required and advanced degree desirable
  • Proven track record in leading sales, operations and strategy for a web-based company a plus
  • Position requires some travel (<50%), in-person meetings with existing and prospective clients, participating on conference calls, and time on the computer (keyboarding, mouse clicking)

 Compensation:

Starting salary will be determined by experience, with commission, performance bonuses, annual reviews, health and dental benefits, and retirement plan contribution.  Additionally, you will have direct exposure to talented and experienced professionals in the industry and a great work working environment in a new office building.
