Associate Web Developer

Who we’re looking for
We are looking for an Associate Web Developer to join our established team of senior developers and assist in implementing web and mobile based solutions for our clients. Previous experience is preferred, but we expect to provide a learn-on-the-job and mentorship program to any independent, self-starter applicant with a passion for learning and technology.

A day in the life
You will work with clients directly, as well as assisting with internal development needs. Working as a team with backend web development, front end development and project managers is a part of the day to day. You will implement new websites, debug existing code, add features to existing websites and assist with deployment.

Things you will learn
Technologies such as ASP.NET MVC, EF4, C#, LINQ, Javascript, jQuery, HTML, CSS and Ruby on Rails. You will learn new design patters such as DDD, SOLID, IoC and more. You will also have the opportunity to learn how to build native and web based mobile applications. We are constantly encouraging and assisting our employees in gaining new technical skills. We will help you to improve your verbal and written skills, as well as enhance your ability to work as part of a team in a corporate environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, mathematics, or related field
  • Experience in programming for the web, either professionally or on personal projects
  • Ability desire to learn independently
  • Great problem solving skills
  • Possess a strong desire to learn new skills and work with the latest technology
  • Must be able to multi-task multiple tasks and priorities
  • Team player who can learn from and assist more senior developers

Compensation
