 Victor Liu, CEO & Co-founder
Victor began his career as an IT and business solution professional and technology expert working with FileNet Corporation on a large, joint database consolidation project with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting). Teaming up with technology expert and software developer Adam Bonner in 2000, they established Web Advanced, the premier Orange County web agency.
As Web Advanced’s CEO, Victor steered the company to a positive cash flow within four months of it’s founding without the aid of outside capital investment. Victor, currently, heads Web Advanced’s business development, marketing, and account management team. A respected and well-known industry leader, he has spoken at numerous technology and business conferences throughout California and is currently on UC Irvine’s board of advisors for the School of Computer Science’s curriculum program. Victor received a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Computer Science from UC Irvine.
 Adam Bonner, Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder
Adam started his career as an IT and business professional as a Microsoft Corporation software developer working in application architecting and development. Adam co-founded Web Advanced, after teaming up with fellow IT professional Victor Liu. Since the company’s founding, Adam has led and managed the company’s well-respected development team as Web Advanced’s CTO. Responsible for all of Web Advanced’s day-to-day development operations, project management and systems architecture, Adam guides the company’s delivery of the technologies and business solutions critical to achieving the client’s business goals.
Like Victor, Adam is well-known industry leader who has presented at numerous professional conferences on a wide array of business and IT solutions. He, also, is a current member of UC Irvine’s board of advisors for the School of Computer Science’s curriculum program. Adam received a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Computer Science from UC Irvine.
 Andrew McLendon, Chief Creative Officer
A talented artist and accomplished web design professional, Andrew joined the Web Advanced team in 2000 as the company’s first employee. An invaluable professional asset, Andrew joined Victor and Adam as a full partner at Web Advanced in 2006. Leading Web Advanced’s design and production team as the company’s Chief Creative Officer, Andrew has overseen the design of more than 120 client websites in the past 7 years. Andrew combines an artist’s keen eye for aesthetic detail with an expert’s understanding of technology and business solutions to guide Web Advanced’s well-known and award-winning design team. Andrew graduated from UC Irvine with a Bachelor of Studio Arts.
 Andra Kent, Director of Business Development
Andra began her career in technology in the mid 1990’s as the International Business Development Manager for First Source International and has over 13 years of IT industry experience. Later, she served as the principal of AMR International. Andra joined Web Advanced in 2005 and has since developed more than 100 successful business relationships and projects with a variety of Web Advanced clients. As the Director of Business Development, Andra is in charge of developing and implementing the company’s sales and marketing strategy as well as managing client services.
Andra’s dynamic leadership, extensive professional experience and commitment to building strong professional relationships via an approach that emphasizes communication and collaboration with clients have made her a critical asset to the Web Advanced management team. Andra received a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and French from Cal State Fullerton where she achieved fluency in both German and French.
 Halle Nguyen, Director of Operations
Halle began her professional career in Technology Management in 2003 when she joined Quest Software as a Sales Support Engineer. She then transitioned into a Project Manager role at IAS Software (now a subsidiary of SafeNet). Halle joined Web Advanced in early 2006 as a Project Manager to oversee and guide Web Advanced’s major accounts. Now, as the company’s Director of Operations, Halle is in charge of managing project cycles with Web Advanced designers and developers. She also provides account direction and manages customer expectations. Halle received a Master of Science degree in Information and Computer Science from UC Irvine. She has also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from UC Irvine.
 Mike Mata, Board of Advisors
Mike Mata brings 25 years of experience in the computer industry in executive roles for companies such as Hewlett-Packard Company, Compaq Computer Corp., BMC Software and IBM. Before retiring, Mata served as Vice President of Global Accounts and Operations at Hewlett Packard. The Global Accounts organization served HP’s largest corporate accounts across all product and service offerings which represented $15B in annual revenues. Prior to joining HP, Mata served as Compaq Computer Corporation's Vice President and General Manager of Worldwide Market Development and Partnerships. After joining Compaq in 1988, he served in many senior managerial capacities, including Vice President of the Enterprise Solutions Division. Mata also held management roles in business development, commercial marketing, business planning, distribution strategy and major account marketing. At Gateway Computer, Mata served as the Vice President of E-commerce and Business Development and as Vice President of Marketing. Prior to joining Gateway and Compaq, he served in sales and marketing management positions at BMC Software and IBM Corporation. Mike holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration from Texas Christian University and an MBA from Indiana University.
